WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For other special offers and giveaway items, please allow from 3 to 4 weeks for
delivery as they may be shipping from other countries.

For international shipping allow from 3-7 weeks

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our
specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia,
Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

Because different items may ship from different warehouses and/or suppliers, orders in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If all orders don't ship together, you will receive a separate email with shipping information.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

That's simple! Just head over to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your order number and email address. Once entered, you will see all the information regarding your order.

 I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET I?

You receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. U.S orders will be shipped via USPS (USA ONLY) with tracking numbers. INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers.Please note tracking information may not be available for international orders.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Confirmation of order emails are sent for every order so make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout and make sure to check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
